After the photo session, we will sit down and review the images over coffee. You get to individually select your final images at the end of the session, which gives you control over the final cost based on the number of images you choose.

We want to make sure you don't pay for more than you need, and we understand that everyone's needs are different. By not bundling the images together, you can decide on the number of images that best suits you on the day of the session.

We are confident that you won't find a better headshot photographer in the market. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality headshots that will work hard for you, and represent you in the best way possible. Referrals are a significant part of our business, and our goal is for you to leave the session satisfied and eager to recommend us to others.

Your headshots are a crucial tool in your career development and marketing, and we believe you deserve the best representation of yourself. Don’t accept less than the best representation of yourself.

We offer group business and corporate headshot packages in both our studio and on location.

AVAILABILITY, SCHEDULING & PAYMENTS:

  • You can view our availability in real-time using the online schedule system provided above.

  • If you require an urgent photoshoot before the available dates shown, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your request.

  • To reserve your preferred date and time, a session fee is required upon booking.

  • You can reschedule your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, and the session fee can be transferred to another date in case of emergency, although it is non-refundable.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY:

  • The standard delivery time for retouched images is typically 7-14 days after the order has been submitted.

  • If you need your images more quickly, expedited delivery is available at an additional cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The cost of your session includes personal usage of your headshots, such as on your website, social media profiles, marketing materials such as brochures and conference events but does not include commercial purposes like paid advertising or products.

  • If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes, please inquire about pricing.

  • Your session may be used for marketing purposes, but if you prefer not to be included in marketing materials, please notify us via email after booking and before the session.

ADD-ON SERVICES:

  • Professional Makeup Application: (Can be arranged for you on the day at a fee)

  • High-End Retouched Images featuring “The Ditsas Treatment”:

    • $80 per image for images featuring a single face/person.

    • $130 per image for images featuring two or more faces/people.

  • 3-Day Expedited Delivery: add $60 per image

  • 24-Hour Rush Delivery: add $100 per image

  • On-site location Fee: $250 per location for Individual Sessions
